Biography

Graduate of the Law Faculty, at the University of Bucharest,

in 1997, Irina got specialized in Compared Law, within the Faculte

Internationale de Droit Compare,

France.

She is presently attending a doctorate degree in Law, at the University of Bucharest

and has obtained a scholarship of the Eisenhower Fellowships Program, a project

that reunites 25 of the most promising leaders throughout the world. The

program, set up as o homage to president Eisenhower, is currently presided by

Colin Powel and its mechanism is to select annually between 20-25 leaders with

potential, throughout the world, and engage them in a 2-month program developed

in the USA.

Irina manages

a Law House specialized in Mergers and Acquisitions, private equity and real

estate, a company that was also involved in the taking over of the Happy Tour

Tourism Agency and Plus GSM Shop Network by the Investment Fund GED Eastern

Fund II, last year.
