BiographyMadalina has almost 16 years experience in the HR area. She graduated the Faculty of International Economic Relations, International Tranzactions, attended courses such as Introduction to HR Management within Seneca College, is currently attending Executive Coaching courses within Corporate Coach University and Career Coaching courses with Career Coaching International. Madalina is licensed in using Thomas International Management Systems, Human Synergistics si Myers Briggs Type Inventory. She is involved in HR consulting activities, Executive Coaching, Career Counselling, Executive Search and Business Development projects.
