The business simulation provides all participants with a capstone vision and practical experience of strategic management. By teams, participants will be given the responsibility to plan and implement all strategic and operational (marketing, production, human resources, financial, R&D) decisions for a young company, in order to support its growth and development in an industry under high competitive pressures. As a top management team, participants have to make a business plan and to explain their performance to the stockholders.
